CorePrep (or COREPREP) is a product of Vidya Jeevan (“Vidya Jeevan”, “Vidyajeevan” “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of portal.coreprep.in, our mobile apps, Vidyajeevan Centre facilities, and all content, courses, tests, and features (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase subscriptions. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must review the Terms and supervise your use.
• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

• Subject to payment and compliance, we grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to access and use the subscribed courses and tests during your plan term.
• All content (videos, text, images, MCQs, software) is owned by Vidya Jeevan and/or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. No ownership is transferred to you.
• You shall not copy, record, mirror, resell, publicly display, distribute, create derivative works from, scrape, data‑mine, or reverse engineer the Services or content except as expressly permitted by law.

• Do not share your account or allow simultaneous logins beyond permitted limits.
• Do not attempt to bypass DRM/technical controls, or upload malicious code.
• Do not cheat in tests, attempt to manipulate ranks, or use unauthorised aids. We may use proctoring, IP/device checks, time‑stamps and anomaly detection to maintain integrity.
• At the Vidyajeevan Centre, you must follow staff instructions; refrain from installing software on centre computers or connecting unauthorised peripherals; and comply with posted rules.
• We may suspend access or invalidate test results for suspected policy violations.

• Carry a valid photo ID to enter. You may be assigned a cubicle and a computer; usage may be time‑bound.
• CCTV is active in common areas. Personal cabins/cubicles are monitored only for safety and operational reasons.
• Prohibited items include recording devices, weapons, alcohol, and any item restricted by law. Silent study etiquette applies.
• Damage to property or tampering with computers may attract penalties, recovery of costs, and termination of Services.

• Plan access begins on activation and continues for the stated term. Features vary by plan; refer to the specific plan page for details at the time of purchase.
• Payment for food is valid for that specific day/time and only for the user.
• Payments are processed by third‑party gateways; taxes may apply.
• Refunds: Subscriptions are non‑refundable once activated. Duplicate payments or proven payment failures will be refunded.
• We may run promotional trials/discounts; such offers are subject to specific terms, cannot be clubbed, and may be withdrawn anytime.

We encourage you to use available free content, demo tests, or centre orientations before subscribing as once subscribed there is no refund.

Certain features rely on third‑party services (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, communications). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

• We do not guarantee improvements in academic performance, admissions, ranks, or outcomes. Learning outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidya Jeevan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the Services. Our aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vidya Jeevan, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, improper use of the Services, or violation of law or third‑party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases; certain sections (e.g., IP, indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.

We may modify features, pricing, and policies from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be notified on the website/app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Governing law: Laws of India.
• Dispute resolution: Parties shall first attempt amicable resolution via our Grievance Officer within 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat and venue: New Delhi; language: English. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.
